These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services operated by KeenvoTech ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free tier: Basic tools are available for free with no payment required.
Paid plans: Alerts and Premium plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Housing Helper: This tool provides general information about affordable housing programs, including Section 8, public housing, and other assistance programs. Eligibility results are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available program guidelines. We do not guarantee eligibility, placement, or acceptance into any housing program. Always contact your local Public Housing Authority (PHA) for official guidance and application procedures.
License Keeper: This tool provides general information about professional licensing requirements, continuing education, and state licensing boards. Requirements shown are based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most recent regulatory changes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of licensing information. Always verify requirements directly with your state licensing board before making decisions about your professional license.
Both products: Our services are informational tools only. They are not substitutes for legal advice, professional consultation, or official government guidance. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by our tools.
All content, features, and functionality of our services (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by KeenvoTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeenvoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections 5 through 8 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
